I just wanted to say thank you to Jonathan Tease for featuring our conversation in this month’s Dec Page Quarterly magazine. I think he did a great job of capturing what I was trying to say about branding and marketing in general.
People ask me all the time “what is your ROI on the billboards/social media/newspaper stuff you’re doing.” They always look surprised when I reply “I have NO IDEA”. I then go on to explain why that’s not a big deal and that I really trust my gut when it comes to branding.
